General Behaviour;

1. Respect peoples’ right to their own opinion. You may disagree with them, but that does not make their opinion wrong (unless they think the Firecons were good, obviously).
2. Flame posts will be removed. Sexist, racist or homophobic comments will not be tolerated.
3. The swearing filter is there for a reason, please respect it.
4. If you wish to promote other web-sites, please use your signature space. Posts made to promote other web-sites are a nuisance and will be removed. The administration reserves the right to make exceptions where we believe information to be of benefit to board members.
5. Spam post/topics will be removed/locked. Unless they are funny. Please note the administration staff reserves the right to define ‘funny’.
6. Please do not use Transfans to request or distribute free copies of material that is currently available to buy.
7. If you have an issue with an administration decision please contact the administration staff by email or private message, do not post about it in the forums. Such topics will either be deleted or locked after we have viciously mocked yo ass. Ha.
8. Don’t talk in the cinema, its annoying.

Signature Images/Avatars;

1. Signature images must be no larger than Width 550 x Height 350.
2. Avatar images must be no larger than Width 75 X Height 75
3. Signature images must not be greater in memory than 40kb.
4. Avatar images must not be greater in memory than 6kb.
5. Signature images/avatars must not include pictures of nude or scantily clad people of either gender.
6. Signature images/avatars must not include pictures of nude or scantily clad Firecons. The horror.
7. It is the preference of the site that animated signatures/avatars are avoided.
8. If you are using imagery or bandwidth that is the property of another site, please ensure that you have permission first.

Site Content;

Trade Forum;

1. The Trade forum is only accessible by established members of Transfans, by which we mean posters who have been at Transfans over 3 of months and have over 100 of posts. However Admission remains at the discretion of the administration staff. If you think you are eligible please contact a member of the administration staff. Please note that power posting in an attempt to gain access will have the opposite effect and that any posts complaining about access will be deleted. Any concerns should be dealt with via private message.
2. If you wish to promote ebay auctions please use one topic for ALL your auctions. Multiple auction topics by the same user will be deleted.
3. No bumping of topics, except to add new auctions. Bumped topics will be locked.
4. The Trade Forum is provided for use at your own risk, by using this forum you acknowledge that Transfans accepts no responsibility for any transaction entered into.
5. While accepting no responsibility for the outcome of transactions the administration retain the right to restrict access to the forum where it is considered appropriate.

Failure to observe any of the above may result in a temporary or permanent ban, and will be determined at the discretion of the administration staff.
